You’re in luck! Our community is perfectly positioned near the Bear Creek greenbelt. A quick 5-minute drive or bike ride brings you to a 40-acre park system featuring a sparkling creek, lush tree-lined paths, and boardwalks at the McCormick Park Preserve. It’s the perfect "nature reset" right in your backyard.

Bear Creek is a natural waterway that rises in two branches—Little Bear and Big Bear Creeks—which meet nearby and run southeast toward the Trinity River. This creates a unique ecosystem of water-tolerant hardwoods and grasses, giving our neighborhood its signature "lush" feeling.

Yes, every home at Soltra Bear Creek comes equipped with in-unit laundry for your convenience.

We love your furry family members! We are a pet-friendly community designed with your pets' comfort in mind.

Pet Fee: $250 (one-time, non-refundable).
Pet Deposit: $250(one-time,refundable)
Pet Rent: $35 per month.

Limit: Up to 2 pets per home.

Application & Leasing Logistics

The upfront costs to apply are as follows:

Application Fee: $75 per applicant 18 and over.
Administrative Fee: $150 per unit.
Security Deposit: Starts at $250-$750 and varies based on credit.

To ensure a smooth leasing process, we typically require a gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent.

For Current Residents

Yes! Residents have 24/7 access to the Resident Portal on our website, where you can view statements, make payments via e-check or credit card, and track maintenance requests. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, please call our leasing office and follow the prompts.

We offer a community-provided cable and internet package for $65 per month, which is conveniently added to your monthly rent statement.
